FAQs

Q: Do I need to mix this with milk?

A: While it tastes creamier with milk or soy milk, it is formulated to taste delicious even with just cold water!

Q: Can I use this as a meal replacement?

A: Yes. With its balance of protein, grains, and fiber, it is an excellent substitute for breakfast or a light dinner.

Q: Is there a lot of sugar in it?

A: No, we use zero-calorie sweeteners. It’s designed to be "sweet enough" without the sugar spike.

Q: Are the crunchy bits soggy?

A: Not at all! Our "Protein Balls" stay crunchy until the very last sip, provided you drink it shortly after mixing.

Q: Is this suitable for vegetarians?

A: It contains dairy-derived whey protein, so it is suitable for Lacto-vegetarians but not for vegans.

The double chocolate is delicious next to this. It's rich, and one of these is enough to fill you up.

It felt more like drinking misutgaru than black sesame. It's a bit disappointing, but it was tasty and filling, so that was nice.

My favorite just changed. I thought green tea was the best, but black sesame is the best. The misutgaru was too sweet and had that unique protein aftertaste, but black sesame is less sweet and more nutty. It also keeps me fuller than green tea. Five stars? Five isn't enough; it deserves around 200.

In fact, I think all the flavors of the Itdfit Dan-Shae are generally good!

I wondered how different the misutgaru and black sesame would be, but it tasted like misutgaru with a hint of black sesame sprinkled on top.

It had a slightly soy milk flavor, but the standout was the crunchy black sesame that added a nutty flavor with every bite! That crunch was amazing!
