How do I use my points to redeem rewards?
You can convert your points using the reward launcher at the located at the lower right section of every page in this website. You must be logged in to view and use your points.
- Click on the gift icon → Ways to redeem → The list eligible point to coupon code conversion will be shown
- Choose the coupon amount you wish to collect and click view
- Click Redeem
- The discount code will be displayed
- Copy the coupon code, navigate to checkout page and paste it on "Discount code or gift card" area
I already converted my points to coupon but haven’t used it yet. Where can I see the code again?
The coupon codes that you have converted from your points are still accessible in the rewards launcher. Click on the reward launcher button located at the lower right, then click on "Your rewards". It will list down the available rewards. Select on the reward you wish to use and copy the coupon code and use it on checkout.
Do my points expire?
No, your points do not expire.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
No, you will start earning points on the day you sign up to join Kim's Rewards.
How do I check my point balance?
Once logged in to your account, you can check your point balance on this page and in the reward launcher.
When can I start redeeming my points?
You can start redeeming rewards once you reach 500 points.
