Chapagetti The Black is a "grown-up" version of Korea’s favorite Jajang-style instant noodle. To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Nongshim released this premium edition featuring non-fried air-dried noodles (Gunmyeon). It delivers a much richer, deeper roasted black bean flavor while significantly reducing the fat and calorie content compared to the original, making it a more sophisticated and lighter way to enjoy the classic Jajangmyeon taste.

Ingredients
Noodle: Wheat flour, modified starch, potato starch, vegetable oil powder, eggshell calcium, refined salt, acidity regulators, marigold coloring. Soup Base: Powdered Jjajang (Chunjang, wheat), stir-fried soybean paste powder, refined sugar, beef bone flavor powder, stir-fried seasoning corn powder, onion flavor powder. Seasoning Oil: A special Jjajang-flavored oil blend to add a smoky, roasted aroma. Flakes: Textured vegetable protein (soy, wheat gluten), dehydrated cabbage, fried potato cubes, dried onions, and carrots.
Storage & Care
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Because the noodles are air-dried, they are sensitive to humidity. Ensure the pack is kept away from moisture.

Jjapaghetti The Black is hard to find, so I'm glad I can buy it at Hanpum. The noodles are chewier than regular Jjapaghetti, and the sauce tastes even better, so even though it's expensive, I make sure to buy it occasionally.

I ordered Jjapaghetti The Black without high expectations, just because it had a richer flavor. It truly has a much bolder taste and is stickier than the regular Jjapaghetti! In our home, we added some hot peppers, and it was really delicious. It's definitely going in my shopping cart again. I recommend it if you enjoy strong flavors!

I ordered a selection of new instant noodles after a long time. I don't know why the noodles from Korea taste different from those in the U.S., but the ones from Korea are really delicious. My family won't have to worry about noodles for a while.
