You need to take it consistently to see the effects, but I’m not sure since I keep starting and stopping. However, it seems like it helps with eye twitching when I do take it.

It’s great that it contains not only magnesium but also other nutrients that are good to take with magnesium. However, it is a bit disappointing that it uses magnesium oxide. Although it’s a 1000ml product, the magnesium content is only 100ml, so please take note of that.
