Materials

One-piece die-cast aluminum body with a mineral ceramic nonstick coating and silicone side grip. The coating is made without PFAS and PFOA.

• Care: Cook over low to medium heat. Avoid preheating the pan while empty or exposing it to high heat for long periods. Use wooden, silicone, or other non-metal utensils. Clean using a soft sponge and mild detergent.
• Storage: Allow the pan to cool and dry completely before storing. Stack carefully to protect the ceramic coating. If using the separately sold detachable handle, remove it during cooking and use it only when moving the pan.
