As soon as I arrived, I took a packet without reading the instructions, just poured it into my mouth and drank water, and it stuck to the roof of my mouth and got stuck behind my teeth, causing me some trouble. Be sure to mix it with water before taking it. From what I see in the reviews, it seems to be effective.

I had one packet last night and started today feeling really refreshed. The effect is definite, hehe. I think I need to reorder before I finish them all. I highly recommend it!

I brewed it with lukewarm water, and it became clumpy. The taste wasn't really to my liking, and it turned into a porridge-like consistency. I think I need to mix it with something else to eat it. On its own, the taste just doesn't go down well.

It seems it could be effective for constipation. You should never just dump it in your mouth; it dissolves well if you stir it quickly in water. The taste is decent, and it seems like it will help with bathroom visits.
